Climate

Tagaytay City's climate is characterized by relatively low temperature, low humidity and abundant rainfall. The City is endowed with a cool and invigorating climate with an average temperature of 22.7 °C. 
Basic Features of Land Development

The roads, sidewalks, curbs and gutters are all made of concrete. The road network shall be ten (10) meters for the major roads, eight (8) meters for the secondary roads, and three (3) meters for the pathways. 

The water system is sourced from the local water district (Tagaytay City Water District). Underground Electrical System will be used to preserve Tagaytay Hampton Villas’ park-like setting. The service will be provided by the existing electric company  in the area. The drainage system will be underground through the use of reinforced concrete pipes.

Amenities such as  park and playground,  swimming pool and  multi-purpose hall will also be provided.  Aesthetic greening and tree planting will be done in the open spaces
